Re: Dui

You will need a lawyer to help you with the case. You may not yet as you have no pending case filed. However, a lawyer can be very helpful in the early stages of a case to help preserve evidence and issues. It's more of a question of your finances. Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.

Re: Dui

One should NEVER handle a DUI case without an attorney--whether me or another. There are too many rights at stake (liberty, finances, license). As for "no record, no tickets", are you indicating you have no priors of any kind? If so, you are still looking at AT LEAST a day in jail unless the DUI could be bartered down to a lesser charge. Do the wise thing and consult with an attorney. Most (myself included) offer free consultations and payment options.
