Divorce/Abandonment

My husband has abadonment me for five years. I don't know where he is and I have no contact with is family. I am currently on SSD. I just moved to the State of Washington

I am going to guess that your question is, can you divorce your husband without being able to personally serve him? Yes you can, if you are a resident of the State of Washington, you can do service by publication (you would need to do a motion and order in ex parte, you could do it immediately after the initial filing, based on a search for him). You need to file the summons and petition, you would also need to prepare a Law Enforcement Info Form, a Case Assignment Declaration and Vital Statistics Card, (and parenting plan and child support worksheet if appropriate). You may qualify for a filing fee waiver based on lack of income.
