Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Is it to late

my daughter has been in relative placement for some time now and at the last permancy plan hearing they said they were gonna give her grandma 3rd party custody with guardianship as the alternate plan well at th ehearing we had Friday the judge gave me full compliance with progress because i've been doing everything i'm supposed to well the judge changed it from 3rd party to guargianship with 3rd party as alternate. or vise verse not sure well we meet again in december and the judge told me to keep up the good work so my question to you is if everything is still going well do you think it is to late to have her come home. Is it possible that she changes the permenant plan or is it to late.

Re: Is it to late

This question is so unclear that I don't see anyway to answer it. I waited a few days to see if anybody else wanted to take a turn at it. Attorneys generally don't want to spend a lot of energy trying to figure out what the question is on free sites. Quality of question relates directly to quality of answer (and probability of a substantive answer).
