Can I move my court date to an earlier one because I am moving out of state due to military orders?

It is possible. You will have to make a motion to the court. Your reason is certainly compelling, but the court calendar will be an important factor, among others. If you have an attorney, get him working on this as soon as possible. The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) may have something to say about it also.
