question

i have a question i have my sons custudy and his dad has temperary visitation...my question is my sons dad move to nebraska and i wanted to no what should i do?how many times a month shoul i be calling him because he has been threating me that he is going to take my son away from me...what should i do?...

Your statement and questions are very unclear. Do you have a parenting plan or residential schedule. Have you read it? Why do you need to call the father, and what does his threatening you have to do with why you should call him. Certain types of threats are legally acceptable, so depending on what the details of his threat are you may have a remedy or you may not. As an example, if his "threat" is that he is going to file for a modification to the parenting plan seeking to become the primary residential parent, that is a legally acceptable "threat." If the threat is that he is going to kidnap the child that is a threat that you may be able to get an order on, but remember a court order is only as good as the enforcement resources available.
