Temorary order

How can a judge in a divorce case order you to pay current bills and spousal support and child support for a high school drop out, that excceads your current income? How can you live?

The judge's ruling will depend on the evidence presented to the Court. The child support and maintenance are not predicated on whether the child is in school or not, but on the child's age, and your income and the other party's need for support.

If it has been less than ten days since the order was entered, you can ask for reconsideration or revision depending on who entered the order.

But if the Court did not have information that you could have provided, then you have a problem.

And these are not bankruptable debts.
