Completed 6 years, Trying to Recapture the time

Hi

I have a question regarding H1b renewal and h1b extension.

About H1B renewal..for more than 6 years..if the candidate has spent in India more than 1 year in the middle (without entering US in the middle time)..then the H1B gets reset and he will be given a new quota?

You can recapture unused H1B time. The attorney who has been filing your H petitions should be able to answer and perform this service for you.
