Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

Immigrant with Visa visiting USA

A friend of mine is bringing a woman over from the Philippines, on a visa, & plans to marry her. Where can I find info concerning this situation. Is there a law that says she will not be a citizen of USA even if she gets married to my friend? Does she need to get some other type of paperwork to stay in the US & be married? I don't know if I worded this right! Thanks for your help.

Try www.uscis.com. She may have some trouble becoming a US citizen if they do things wrong. She does need other paperwork to stay in the US and be married. So, contact me directly if you'd like help getting things in order.
