executor of will is not going by what is stated in will . has dispersed money equally to family except for me

You should contact a probate litigation attorney. If you are a beneficiary under the will and are to receive a certain amount of the estate as stated in the will, then the executor owes a duty to do so and you can seek legal action against the executor. It might also be that you were to receive a spcific gift and that gift does not exist anymore. We regularly handle probate litigation if you need further assistance.
