Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

If my mother died in October of 2006 and my sister was intentionally left out of her will and then my sister contested the will but has not followed through with any action following her initial deposition and has not responded to several letters for the last 3 years, how long does she have to take further action and what can I do to move the situation along to get my inheritance?
