Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
Will for parent
My mother has terminal cancer, and I am getting the will/power of attourney/med. release together, I want to use one of the packeges offered by findlegalforms., but they only offer a package for a single adault with adault children or a divorced adault with adault children. The problem is that my mother has been divorced more than once, and the two packages are for never married people or only married and divorced once. Since she has been divorced twice, I don't know which package to use.
