Non-payment of earnest money from escrow
Our contract states that purchaser pays seller at delivery of contract earnest money in the amt of $6,000, contract signed the end of June 09, the money was to be held in escrow til
the first of july,we have not received any money ,calls to the attorney of record have yielded nothing! Where do we stand

You must find out if the deposit was made. If your attorney will not speak to you, hire another attorney
