How do you get compensated from an employer that has failed to pay you in 3 months

You should begin by filing a complaint with the WI Department of Workforce Development. On DWD's web page on the right side is a link to "Wage & Hour Labor Standards." There is a "wage claim" complaint on-line you can fill out and send in. They have phone numbers you can call but this response form will not allow me to list them.
