roomates, startup costs, internet
Me and my roomates decided to
share an internet bill, we all pay a bit
of it month by month, until recently,
one roomate paid it all, Now, we had
all shared the start up cost, and were
planning on paying all of it in the
following months, can he deny us
internet access?
