Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

can my child come visit me at 18 if she is still in high school

I live in Maryland (divorce decree is Wisc)

Do you still have to follow the divorce decree about visitation if she is 18 but still in high school (senior). IE.

Can she get on a plane and come see me without her mom stopping her now that she's finally 18?

Is this considered parental kidnapping or runaway child if she is 18 but still in high school and flies out to see me against her mom's wishes?

I have been waiting to see her for many years but don't want to get arrested if she flies out! I do not understand why she can be held as an adult for criminal acts but can't visit her father on her own!

Is she an adult or not??

What does your visitation order say specifically about your obligations while she is still in high school?
