Is my fiance responsible for ex's house?
They have been divorced over a year, he did a quit claim deed and in the divorce papers it says she is responsible for home but his name is still on the mortgage. she had payments deferred for a year and now is delinquent. will this affect him/I?

Unfortunaely, if nothing in gthe divorce decree requires the other party to refinance the home, any person listed on the mortgage will have their credit affected by late payments or non-payments. That is an issue that should be addressed as part of the divorce decree.
