Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I am in the process of a divorce. I move out of the duplex we are renting and am wondering if I can take my off the utilities. I have paid the last two months because she is not paying anything and I know she is having people stay there. I have no control over the utilities being used and because its in my name I am solely responsible. I know if I take my name off it will divert to the landlord, they not turn off the power.

If you have been ordered to pay them by the court then you have to go back to court to make that change.

Otherwise you can take you name off them before ordered to pay them.
