Diesel in the Gas Pumps
I reside in Wisconsin. On a recent trip to Georgia to visit my kids I got fuel at a station that had put diesel fuel in their unlead gas tanks. I lost time from work, had to fly home and rent a car and then return to Georgia to pick up my van after it was repaired. The company has paid for about one third of my cost and has yet to reimburse me for the rest. Can I file a claim in small claims court in Wisconsin aginst the company in Georgia?

Unless the company has a presence in WI,
you would have to sue them where the event
occurred.
