hipa law violation
My husband was treated in an ER. An employee took a picture of him being treated and loaded it on Facebook. Doesn't this violate hipa and privacy rights

Yes it does. You should contact an attorney right away, and should also notify Facebook that the photo was taken in violation of his rights.
