Violation of employee personal information

are there any state (wi) or federal laws that prohobit an employer to discolose personal wage information to all other employees in their establishment?

a manager in the workplace has disclosed my personal wage information to our staff, without my persmission. i would like to confront the management about this with legal help.

No, on the issue of any laws prohibiting it. However, you could certainly argue that it is demoralizing and not a good management practice.
