Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

two different auto accident claims

My son(10 at the time) and I were involved in a accident, in which the car rolled off the highway down an embankment 3 times. When the car stopped, my son wasn't in the car. I found him behind the car

on his knees bleeding. He was thrown out the back window. He required a plastic surgeon to take care of the wound on the back of his head which produced a horseshoe shaped scar. He's ok, and has no long term

damage other than the memories and the scars.

I was bruised and had a few minor cuts. The insurance company has paid all bills and reimbursed my wages. We are working on my son's claim and am wondering what it is that I could expect dollar wise?

For myself...what would be a possible dollar amt?

I've let this go for a year and now want to get going on it.

Re: two different auto accident claims

It is really impossible to answer your question without knowing all of the facts relating to the injuries you and your son suffered in the accident. I would need to review all of the pertinent medical records regarding the care that you and your son received, and would have to discuss with you how the injuries have affected you and your son. I would also, of course, have to see what your son's scar looks like. Scar cases can result in a reasonably good recovery, depending upon the visibility of the scar and its affect upon the injured person.

Please call me if you would like to discuss this further.
