Maine empower english academy me admission liya tha and total fees me se maine 5000pay kiya and second installment cheque diya 3500 amount ka.maine class attend kiya after one month mujhe institute ki service me satisfy nahi huva.faculy not teaching very well.and sametime mujhe job relocate karna pada.phir flexible time nahi hai attend class karne ke liye.maine institue me bola ki cheque deposit na kare aur maine stop payment kiya.abhi institue vale jabrdasti mujhse paise mag rahe.hai.mujhe unki service se unsatsified hu.aur woh log mujhe dhamaki de rahe hai ki apko pay karna hoga.kya voh legal case kar sakte hai.par agar maine service liya nahi to kyu pay karna hai.

kya karu pls help mi

1) U hv to pay full since there is breach of contract.

2) Institute will file case u/s 138 of NIAct, which u will

have to face criminal liability.

3) Not satisfied is relative term which u hv to file

separate, compensation for deficiency in service.

Dear Madam,

If you have not availed of the English teaching after say two or three classes, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid by you to the Academy. You should inform them to stop harassing you for the money not owed by you to them, else you will be forced to lodge a Police complaint against them.
