Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I used to get a scholarship every year in my B.Tech, but in final year our college chairman withdrawed the cheque himself and didn't gave me scholarship...Can I got that scholarship now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A student on academic scholarship is expected to payback the Institution for its progress and development when he / she is settled in life. Withdrawal of a student's scholarship is at the sole discretion of the College Principal / Chairman. You may still inquire the reason for withdrawal of your scholarship from the Chairman.
