Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello sir my name is INDUGU R R SURYA HARSHA and I am from India. I am going to receive my uncle's inheritance fund from UK and now my lawyer is telling that bank of England is asking to submit Anti-terrorist and narcotic clearance certificate to release my uncle's inheritance fund to my bank account in my country and my lawyer told that the particular certificate will be issued by United Nations security council like that. So now please tell me sir whether Anti-terrorist and narcotic clearance certificate is really required for international transfer or not and if it is required means tell me the cost of that certificate sir. Thank you sir

As such no such certificate is required for inheritance of property. If you require I can suggest the name of an attorney at England who can guide you in relation to English Law. Sidharth 9811776422
