hi, i needed to know whether charging 10% on all sales made off a beat rather than charging for the initial beat is an agreeable form of a contract.

Dear Sir / Madam,
When the parties mutually agree to all the terms and conditions of an Offer, it becomes a contract. So, if this condition is acceptable to the opposite party, it can be a valid contract.
