Raju appointed Kariuki to transport fish from Msa to nai. On the day of travel Thange river was swept away so he decided to take a flight to nai. But Raju refused to give him back the money he used for the flight. Kariuki wants to sue Raju. Advise him

Dear Sir / Madam,
Kariuki has no legal standing to claim air freight for transporting fish from Msa to Nai as there was no contract between the parties for air travel.
