Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In 2007, my father sold 52 cent to a man there is a common way to the sold area and our remaining 1 acre land.now he secretly registered area of 3 ft wd and 275 ft lgnth and blocked the common way.also he puts civil case on us for not entering into our 1 acre and demands money for using it.also he not allow us to sell the land wat can we do now? Please help us
