Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
my brother lives in saudia and he wants to make a general power of attoney to give authority to my mother. what is the procedure and total fees for this process?

dear there are two ways
1 is to prepare it in pakistan and send it through courier and then register it in Pakistan.
2 is send it draft via e mail and then register it in Pakistan.
but it must required attestation in pak embassy Saudi Arabia .
expences depnds on area and base of documents.

There is also a heavy Government fee on General Power of Attorney... However it can be given on only 1000 fee to blood relatives for 60 days.. [email protected]

you may prepare it in Pakistan and send to your brother in Saudia via mail and your brother will attest it and send back to you through Embassy and after verification you can registered it in Pakistan to your relevant Sub Registrar of your city.for more detail you may contact me 0333-6681494
