Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

I want to make change my address in domicile in the same city because now my residence is in a posh area. Can it be changed by any way? If so, what is its complete process?

dear adress is important in domicile if you desire to change district but as domicile relates and indentify the district and no need to change the home adresses in one city,
