Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil suit the value of the suit is more than 1 lakh ,the suit property is 5 feet / 65 feet ,the suit is in junior judge court i am the defendant, now-
1- can i ask the court to dismiss the suit as this court has no juricdiction.
2- can i make application and state that this court has no juricdiction pl dismiss the case.
3- the suit is in trial stage ,can it be dismissed on this reason.
