now we had been living abroad all our lives and we dont have any documents, but we do know for sure is that My dad didnt transfer his Property under his brothers name or his second wifes name..My dad had made all the payments and bought the shop,I have personally investigated it as far as I could go.

Now I need to know how Lawfully can we claim our right on his Property,as My mother is the managing Director of the company, mentioned in the Memorandum.

is there nay way way of establishing Litigation?

secondly if I take my matter in court for litigation, can I represent my case without Hiring a lawyer??

Check company's file in secp, address of shop might have been mentioned as business place.

Ask your mother to convert the company into single member or include you as a director.

Sue you uncle by the company.

I wont suggest you for that, hire any lawyer.

You can contest case in person upto the Supreme Court of Pakistan but its best that you don't do it without litigation experience especially when the other party is in position to contest.. You may suffer alot.. As far as information is concerned it is easily obtainable if you can spend.. For more consult [email protected]
