my tenent leaves in my house but not give me possision and make a lock and permanent injuction stay at city court and he is no give me rent , Please tell me i do it

give your statement in the civil court that you'll not dispossess your tenant illegally. The stay will be vacated. And then file an eviction petition before rent controller and get your home back alongwith rent arrears.
