Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father was a tenant of shop since last 50 years.he died 14 years back and i am paying rent since then.but the rent receipt is in the name of my father.what is my legal position?can he evict me on any ground?

If the matter is going smoothly do not worry. If you go and dig all these the landlord will increase rent and he will create unnecessary problems.
