Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,

I am Palpandi from virahanur, madurai(Dt). I am in need of find the land and land survey number.

we have found the sale deed just two years back, which is registered on 1912. it has n't mentioned the property survey number instead it has only four boundary. We took EC with the registered page number(officials said like that) We have approached the VAO, but current record(A-register) does not have my grand father's name.

But some people said, very old A-register of that village, may have my grand father's name, with that we could find.

Please show us the right way to find the land and survey number

Thanks,

Pal

Dear client,

You are knowing the four boundaries exactly. From that point you try to find out the current owners of the properties as told as boundary. Please check the FMB of 1912, the FMB of britis period very clear and legible. Once the current owners are located you can trace back the prior documents of 1912 time and in that you can locate the land. Since it is a 102 years back matter I am not sure about its success percentage. Added to that are you having any knowledge whether this property is assigned to parties by youd ancestors. And even if you locate the property and if it is vacant and not having any occupants or owners you can take possession with the help of revenue officials. If somebody is owning por living in it it is virtually impossible to vacate him only on the ground of 102 years of delay in claiming the property. Always bear in mind about the failure on this point. So it is you to decide. If you bedd any clarification call me on 09387714156 .(Subject to payment of Reasonable professional charges by a/c transfer).
