Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

My lawyer has told me that according to the current order, the minimum amount court can fix for child maintenance is 5000 rupees per child per month, with increase of 10% per year... But how can I pay such amount if my salary is less than 13000 rupees?? Or suppose if a person is jobless?? And a new born baby does not needs such amount as expense... And with 10% increase, it will become 7, 8, or 10,000 rupees in just a few years but my salary won't increase like this... and even its not permanent I don't think there can be such order by the government... Can anyone please tell me if this is right?? Is the minimum amount 5000 rupees??? (My daughter is 6 months old now)

I am in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

no dear as per my experience the maintenance depends upon the financial position of father . I think at this stage rs 2000 is sufficent .there are so many examples like your case.
