Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

i am working in central govt .my probation period is 2 years.i worked for 2 � years.i got confirmed also.i want to resign my job.but they asked me to pay training amount .according to ccs pension rules 1972 its working.my doubt is that i got confirmed is it necessary to pay but they told me before 5 years if anyone quits the job they want to pay .please clarify me

Dear Sir / Madam,

I firmly affirm that all you are required to do is to serve the prevailing notice period post resignation from service. You are in no way what so ever liable to pay any such training fees costs to the Employer. Should they persist, you should straightaway lodge a "cheating" Police complaint against all those erring officers who are demanding monies from you.
