Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

i had gave the money of Rs. 4,50,000 to party only based on beliving and i had 4 blank cheque, Rs.20 Blank stamp paper, Promissory note but now he had not giving response of giving back the money. Is there any person in madurai or Virudu nagar for solving this problem
