Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

if some one book a false complaint against my husband,because of some family problems ...his complaint is he may get a physical assault because of me...is that this complaint will spoil my husband carrier and also this complaint will lead to police may monitor my husband personal activities like his phone calls ,emails, mess ...now my husband feel hesitate to contact with his friends, and relativies they may get any problem because of this police complaint ...my husband is innocent ...he does not have that sort of harming motivies pls clarify my doubt ..
