Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir

I am running a rice mill in which I have loss too much money and now I am in too much debt i have issued cheques to supplier who provides rice to me and I have no money to clear those cheques now. I have not any intention to run away I want to give them (supplier) money back. I only need time to repay money back. I have money in other business. It comes after one and 2 year. I give them (supplier) money after one and two year so I need time to repay money to them. The problem is that suppliers don't understand my condition and they try to lodge FIR against those cheques. So please give me advice what should I do?

Thank You

Stop your bank to encash your cheques. File a suit for their cancelation.

your issue is legal as well as social. Involve someone who can help you to take this time for repayment of amount to supplier. if not possible then you can file suit for permanent injuctions as well as cancellation of those cheques.
