Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
Why always the Judicial Custody of accused is extended by Judges in the period of 1 - 2 weeks only instead WHY NOT THE JC be extended in periods of months to save the man hours of producing the accused at Courts at frequent intervals by the Police .
