Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My mother father & brother are in jail, but they are innocent. My brother wife came home for his brother's marriage in NOv 12, Also she had a back problem which was hidden from us at the time of marriage. After his brother's marriage when my brother went to take her back home, every time his father & mother used to say that her treatment is going on.We will send her once she gets ok. on 6th of feb 2013, his father called up my brother & told that she committed suside by hanging herself with a chunni in bathroom to a rod which is used to put towel.Than he filed a Dowery Demand & Dowery death case, in which he said that my brother demanded dovery on phone at night on 4 feb 2013 due to which she was in tension & committed suside on 5th of feb 2013 at about 11:30.they took her to hospital where she was declared brought dead. they terified my family mambers so they didn't reached at their home. one of my bhabi's baba has polition background.

with the help his aproach & bribe to police they made this case as dowery death case. Now the facts are coming out that her mother behaviour was not well with her & her mother fighted with her before death & she was piosened, than strangulated to death. The road height from which she is said commited siiside is 146cm while my bhabi height is 5feet 3 inches. The doctor did the postmortam & declared the death as death due to asphexia as a result of ante mortem henging. As we were not present at hospital at post mortem time that report is also doutful.

Now it is almost more than six months, i want to know if we can lodge cross FIR of murder. One the have killed my bhabi & after that they have filed the dowery death case under sec 498A/304B/34.

some known persons told us the truth, but they also are not ready to come out as wittness.

She died at her parents home with out any suside note.My brother used to talk to her almost daily.there was no problem between my bhabi & my family( mummy, papa, bhaya) . Should they not be questioned. Please suggest me the right procedure so that they can be punished for their doing.
