Subject:-Negligence of collage and incomplete result-regarding

R/Sir,

With due respect I would like to invite your kind attention towards that myself Mohammad Zubair ,student of Hajjin Sadika Begum Mahavidyalaya, Bhargain distt. Kanshiram Nagar (UP) affiliated to dr. B.r. ambedkar university agra u.p.

1.That I was appeared in the main exam of B.Sc.Part-III in 2012

2.That I opted and passed B.Sc. Part-I and B.Sc.Part -II with the subjects PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & MATHS.

3.That by the Mahavidyalaya/Collage in B.Sc. Part -III, my subjects were filled up wrongly as Chemistry, Zoology & Botany in online form.

4.That I was appeared in B.Sc. Part-III in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & MATHS by the collage in the main exam 2012 as well as in practical exam also.

5.That my result was declared as absent in Physics & Maths.Only Chemistry subject marks were shown in the marks sheet.

6.That I have submitted related documents (Application,Attendence Sheet,Admit Card,Marks Sheets of Bsc.Part I & II and Practical marks of all opted subjects duly signed by Principal ) in the university many times but result remain incomplete till date.

7.That hard copy of above said document has been sent to the university by post on 06/04/2013.

8.That the said collage did not pay attention in this regard.

keeping in view of above facts it is my humble request to you kindly provide legal advice in this regard and save my career.

Dear Mohammed,

It is evident from your query 1-8 that the College has withheld your B.Sc. Third Semester result for two subjects Physics & Mathematics. Since the Principal at Haji Sadika Begum Mahavidyalaya has signed the proof of your documents (point 6) of having appeared for the Tests for these two subjects, the University Registrar has to search your examination answer paper, re-evaluate it, and release your mark sheet.
