Legal Question in Education Law in India

i am studying B TECH in university of jnafau_hyderabad, andhrapradesh.i got a good admission in a reputed university, our university is crrupted i cannot pursue my degree in my college, iwant to apply for transfer certificate,i joined in self financed stream,& im now studying second year 2nd semister, the cource suration is 4 years,,, please help me im poor that i cant pay the rest of money of Rs62000/_for canceling the admission...

Dear Sir / Madam,

I'll answer your query once again ...

At times, when students do not succeed in any test or examination, they have a tendency to pass the buck on the University. You are a scholarship student enjoying free education; and now you turn around and show your back on the University. This is utter nonsense. If you cannot complete your degree course in the same University, just quit your academic pursuits, take up a job to sustain yourself and thereafter join a part-time diploma course.
