Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

1. I want to know... in Talaq / Separation case , Child's maintenance is Fixed permanently or increase per year by percentage % ?
2. If child maintenance increase 10% by yearly then it is increase by 10% on basic court ordered amount or 10% apply on every year increase amount, .... i mean for example Court ordered Rs.6000 a month. then it will increase 10% next year to Rs.6600 then after next year 10% apply on 6000 or 6600 ? i mean it will increase every year by 10% of basic amount Rs.600 or 10% apply will apply on every year increased amount.
3. How long i have to pay child maintenance in girls case, till her adult age like 18 years ? or i have to pay till her life ?
