Legal Question in Family Law in India

It's been 7 year my brother get married and he had a 6yr old son.he want to go for divorce because his wife used to fight with him and my parents it's been more then 3yr they have and feeling that a husband and wife used to have no bed sharing .Please suggest the law and the procedure

dear client..........

you can file divorce on ground of mental and physical cruelty.............but before that be aware that in counter she may file cases against you like 498a / D.V act cases ......... so need to have precation for all that and then move ahead..........
