i have a 2 years old girl. i like to divorce my wife(24yrs ). my question is .. i have to pay additional money without denmohor ?

Thank You for your question.

If you divorce your wife then you do not need to provide any additional money without defer dower money. However your wife may claim past consideration.

Your wife is entitled to keep your daughter till the age of 9 and as a natural guardian of your daughter you must provide maintenance for your daughter till she attains puberty.
