Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I'm not divorced. My wife isn't allowing me to see my daughter who is just nine month old. She'll not give me divorce nor she will continue. Is she has the right not allowing me to see my child. what is the actual rights to see my daughter. when i ask them to see my daughter they threat me to file case in court as woman harassment or physically torcher. What should i do.

Please remember being the natural guardian of your daughter you have legal rights to keep your dauther with you after she attains puberty. However considering your present situation you need to contact with a good family lawyer as soon as possible.
