Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 21 years old and i want to get married to a guy (love marriage) and some how my parents have agreed but the problem is that they want to broke relations with me and talking about to make legal documents by court .... and they also want that my groom's and his parent should also make some legal documents ( like groom's parents will not have any relation with my parents and wont interfare in any matter with my maternal's side after my marriage..) its my humble request that please tell me if there are these kind of issues being reported earlier or is there any procession in court for this..... so are there any kind of processions

for this in court.

According to my opinion my parent dont have any right to get signatory of my groom's parent regarding this issue and they can only take my signatory on any damn papers
