Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi, i have a daughter of one year and i do not live with my husband since she was born. His family physicaly abused me aftr that i left that house. My husbandhave no contact with me nor he responds if i contact, he did not pay any dues of me and my baby. Now they keep taking my daughter for meeting due to which the child is very disturbed mentally. Kindly give me any sincere advise, regards

It is duty of your husband to maintain the baby. Father of the girl has right to visit and see her. You can not disentitle him feom visitation, although you may entre into term for an appropriate gap of time.

your husband is liable to pay for your maintenance and for the minor no matter what. you can file the petition right away in the court, which is under the circumstances best to get him on the trac details can be discussed over the phone during 2 to 6 pm .
