Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, My younger brother got married in March 2013. His wife did not accepted him and us from 1st day and is not happy. Now she is gone back to her parent's home and now forcing us to pay her 5 lakh rs. (Gher Moajal Haq Meher) which is mentioned on Nikah nama. She is also forcing us to divorce her. she is also claiming 10,000 per month expenses as mentioned on nikah nama.

what we should do?? she has not filed case in court and we are also waiting for her response. My brother is in Spain and not in Pakistan now a days.

wife of my brother was divorced at the time of nikha with my brother and my brother was virgin. She took khula from her 1st husband.

Dear,

your brother should not divorce his wife whatever the circumstances there may be,it is better for your brother. if she goes to court for divorce on the basis of khula then such divorce will only be granted in her favour if she waives her right of dower. this way dower amount will be unenforceable against your brother. right of monthly allowance of your brother's wife can also be defeated if i could talk to you and ask some questions respecting the circumstances of the case.
